Crawl into the comfort of our full-sized quilted bed after a busy day of visiting or sightseeing.  Enjoy a warm shower in your private bath and relax in the rocking chair or sit in the armchair while reading your favorite book.  The Denton room was named after the family who occupied the house from 1923 – 1945. 

Stay in the room named after Isaac and Ellen Babb.  Isaac, a blacksmith and Civil War Veteran, and Ellen, who became the Babb Family matriarch raised twelve children in the house from 1869 – 1923.  The Babb Room boasts a comfortable spacious queen-sized bed, two reading chairs and a private bathroom off the main hall with a full bathtub and shower.  Snuggle between luxurious sheets for a blissful nights rest. 

Named after the earliest known owner of what is now Franklin House Bed and Breakfast, the Mathes Room will bring you back to the days when bedrooms where quaint and cozy.  It is furnished with two twin beds and two comfortable reading chairs and has a private bath.
